If Engaging Vitality is forced to cancel an event, a full refund will be granted to those already registered. Engaging Vitality is not liable for any expenses incurred in preparing to attend the course. However, as much notice and consideration as possible will be given.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the first class, you will receive a 100% refund minus a cancellation fee of $60.
If you cancel within 15-30 days before the first class, you will receive a 75% refund of the course fee.
If you cancel with fewer than 15 days before the first class, NO REFUND will be offered.
